We must implement regulations on the Artificial Intelligence industry NOW.
It's hard to comprehend the way Artificial Intelligence has expanded over the past few years, with every website, app, and service saddled by AI “services.”
The ethical concerns only deepen as AI generators are used for everything imaginable, from political campaign videos to likenesses of everyday people being used in explicit content without their consent. Most recently, AI like Elon Musk’s Grok have been used to strip people of their right to consent and privacy by removing their clothing, including that of children.
This system is not only enabling the creation of CSAM (child sexual abuse materials) and other digital sexual abuse content, but is also actively generating it.
Media credibility has become murky, and intellectual property theft is a commonplace violation.
The environmental impact as the industry balloons is also nothing short of devastating.
These concerns only scratch the surface and are vital to address rapidly and thoroughly.

Wages:
1. The Federal minimum wage has not increased beyond $7.25 since 2009. That same amount in 2025 has the buying power of $4.73. If the minimum wage had increased alongside inflation, it would now be $11.12. We must increase minimum wage to at least $15 over the next 3 years, with annual cost of living increases thereafter.
2. Income inequality has become completely out of control, allowing corporations to prioritize profits and executive salaries over the wellbeing of employees. For example, the CEO of Starbucks made 6,666 times the median wage at the company. We must set a limit on the executive pay gap so employees at all levels can meet their needs.
The wealthy of our nation often contribute less in taxes–percentage wise–to the system than the average person.
You pay 6.2% in Social Security taxes, but the wealthy pay 0% on income over $176,100. We must require Social Security taxes on all income–so the vital system supporting those who need it would not only survive, but thrive.

Across the United States, marginalized communities are being targeted at an alarming rate.
LGBTQIA+ community, and especially trans people, are facing an increasingly hostile political environment, to the extent that the United States has been placed on a watchlist for trans genocide. We must expand and protect LGBTQIA+ rights, both state and nationwide, and make Oregon a sanctuary.
Our immigrant communities are under attack, with ICE hunting down, detaining, and deporting innocent people without the due process to which they have a constitutional right. America is built on immigration, and we must protect our migrant community members.

Your representatives should make policy choices based on the needs of their constituents–that's you–not the self-serving influence of billionaires, corporations, and dark-money sources.
That's why I'm taking a stance against corruption through my campaign by refusing money from donors like AIPAC and self-serving Corporate PACs.
We must:
Amend the constitution to allow for the recall of elected officials at ALL levels of government–including the Oval Office.
Ban members of Congress and the Executive Branch from owning and trading individual stocks and cryptocurrencies.
Put the power back in the hands of the voter: repeal Citizens United, in which SCOTUS ruled that political spending–including corporate–is a form of protected speech which the government may not limit.
Implement campaign finance transparency across the board.
Set term limits, age limits, and cooling-off periods for all elected officials.
Secure future elections through paper trails, transparency, and open-source auditing.

The United States is the only developed nation without a comprehensive universal healthcare system, and that is unacceptable. Even worse, we allow predatory insurance companies to make profit-driven decisions about people’s medical needs.
The so-called richest nation on earth can and should provide this service to its citizens; its failure to do so is shameful.
We must put a universal healthcare system in place.
I propose a staggered implementation of APHA–The American People’s Healthcare Act–beginning with vulnerable demographics like children, disabled people, and seniors, and progressing to full coverage over a two year period.
The U.S. spends more on health care per capita than other high-income countries, but suffers in life expectancy and preventable mortality rates.
The Federal Government spent $1.9 trillion on healthcare in 2024 alone. Studied have shown that universal healthcare would reduce national healthcare expenses by $438 billion annually, free up funds to boost the economy, and save tens of thousands of lives every year.

The vast majority of developed nations offer free or affordable education for their citizens. There is no justification for US Citizens to be left behind and left without options in a world rapidly advancing.
We must:
Provide First-Dollar education funding–which covers the cost of attendance at public colleges–to support free and low-cost options for both higher education AND trade and technical programs. The estimated cost for the first year: $58 billion–only 0.2% of our GDP.
We must also protect teachers’ autonomy, remove partisan influence from curriculum decisions, and pay educators the higher wages they deserve.
